Privacy policy.
GraphANN™ is a private-beta product. This page describes what we collect, why we collect it, and your rights over that data. It's short because our data footprint is small, by design.
1. Who we are
GraphANN™ is a product of GraphANN Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17265239), with its registered office at 85 Great Portland Street, London W1W 7LT.
GraphANN Ltd is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number ZC167897.
If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at privacy@graphann.com or by post at the registered office address above, marked for the attention of the Data Protection contact.
2. What we collect
We collect the minimum needed to evaluate early-access requests:
- Form submissions: name, company, work email, and your free-text description of the use case, submitted via the contact form.
- Infrastructure logs: standard request logs handled by our CDN (IP address, user agent, timestamp). Retained for 14 days for abuse prevention.
We do not use analytics pixels, ad trackers, fingerprinting scripts, or third-party cookies. We do not run A/B experiments on this site.
3. Why we collect it
- Reply to your access request and schedule onboarding.
- Keep a record of who is on the private-beta waitlist.
- Protect the service from abuse.
Lawful basis under the UK GDPR: we rely on legitimate interests (evaluating prospective customers who have contacted us and protecting our service) under Article 6(1)(f), and on consent (you chose to submit the form) under Article 6(1)(a). Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have assessed that our interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms; you can ask us about that assessment at any time. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
4. Where it lives and who we share it with
Form submissions are stored on infrastructure operated by Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as our data processor under a written data processing agreement. We do not sell your data, do not share it with advertising networks, and do not transfer it outside our processor chain without a lawful basis.
International transfers. Our processor may store or route data outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by an appropriate safeguard recognised under the UK GDPR (such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses). You can request a copy of the relevant safeguard by emailing privacy@graphann.com.
5. How long we keep it
- Waitlist records: until you ask to be removed, or 24 months after your last interaction, whichever comes first.
- Infrastructure logs: 14 days.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you (a subject access request).
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Withdraw consent and have your record removed.
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, processing based on legitimate interests.
- Receive a copy of the data you provided in a portable format.
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (the UK's supervisory authority) at ico.org.uk, or with your local data-protection authority if you are outside the UK.
Email privacy@graphann.com and we will respond within one month, as required by the UK GDPR. We would, however, appreciate the chance to address your concern directly before you approach the ICO.
7. Cookies
This site uses no cookies and no equivalent client storage beyond what's required for the site itself to load. No consent banner is shown because none is needed.
8. Changes
We'll update the date at the top of this page when anything material changes. Substantive changes (new processors, new data categories) will be announced to people on the waitlist by email before they take effect.
